2 Day Intermediate Training Camp
This 2 day training camp is an intensive, in-depth session for intermediate players looking to advance. The camp will give players ample opportunity to improve their skills through drills, games and match play. Particular areas of focus will include:
starting the point to gain an advantage
developing consistent and effective third shots
handling power players when at the net
developing decision-making skills from all parts of the court
learning to capitalize on opportunities
defending effectively to re-set the point and get out of trouble
playing well as a team
Each day will start promptly at 9am. There will be a 45-minute break at 1230pm where players can eat lunch (not provided). The afternoon will be spent refining skills and putting them to use in match play. Each day will conclude at 3pm.
All players will be sent comprehensive notes (including video) reviewing the key aspects of the camp. The camp is limited to 8 participants and spaces are expected to sell out fast.
Advanced Drill Sessions
Train like the pros! This is a high-intensity training session for advanced (4.0+) players. Participants will be put through a wide range of cooperative and competitive drills that will be both challenging and fun. Areas of work will include using the serve and return to gain an advantage, volleying skillfully, defending with drops, high-quality dinking and more! There are three sessions offered. Each stands alone and will feature different activities. Each is limited to 8 participants.
Injured? Sessions sold out? Get in on the fun without hitting a ball. People who purchase an audit pass get to attend as many of the day’s group activities (not private lessons), ask questions and receive all follow-up materials. It is a great chance to watch and learn even if you don’t get a chance to hit.
